SHOT - PEENING EQUIPMENTS
As the representative of the Slovenian company STEM d.o.o. looking back upon a past of near 20 years, the KE-TECH Kft (company with limited liability) is also engaged in putting into circulation of shot - peening machines. The equipment can be very efficiently used in solution of the different surface cleaning, surface roughening and surface hardening tasks. We offer shot - peening equipments separately for the aluminium industry, too.
Instruments

Used mainly for shot peening of single materials, sheets, welded structures in a width of 600 to 4000 mm, with a roller runway of a length of 2 m to 16 m.

Universal equipment of individual pieces or small series. Table size: 750 mm up to 2300 mm. Loadability of the table: from 400 kg up to 900 kg. Height of to working area: from 400 mm up to 900 mm.

Mainly used for cleaning of bulk materials, mainly castings, forged pieces.The material quality of the work piece to be cleaned may be steel, aluminium, or even coloured metal. The belt may be rubber, in case of larger equipment or larger loads it may be steel belt.

The work piece is suspended on a suspending device, which is moving on a track. Moving on the track the work piece arrives at a shot peening space, where the surface cleaning takes place.

Used for surface cleaning of individual structures of large size, for example welded structures. We undertake the building and installing of houses of shot peening on the basis of your requirements.

We can deliver and istall exhausters with a capacity of 1000 m3/h up to 64000 m3/ h. The maximum dust emission of these systems is less than 5 mg/m3.

Mainly for the cleaning of the single material at steel forging.
